Last Updated: 4/19/2026
NextSDR is a college SDR marketplace that connects ambitious college students with companies looking to scale their outbound sales pipeline. We pair students with AI-powered LinkedIn outreach tools to book qualified meetings. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
For College SDRs:
For Clients:
Our platform integrates with LinkedIn to facilitate outreach on your behalf. By using NextSDR, you authorize us to send connection requests and messages from your LinkedIn account within the parameters you approve. We operate within LinkedIn's usage guidelines and implement rate limits to protect your account. You retain full ownership and control of your LinkedIn account at all times.
You need an account to use NextSDR. Keep your login credentials secure—you're responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information in your profile. Don't share accounts or misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
College SDRs must be currently enrolled at a US college or university. Maintain a professional LinkedIn presence. Follow client messaging guidelines and brand voice. Respond promptly to campaign assignments. We may remove SDRs who misrepresent qualifications or behave unprofessionally.
Clients must provide accurate campaign requirements and target personas. Treat college SDRs professionally and provide clear messaging guidelines. Honor the terms of any agreements made through the platform. Do not circumvent the platform to avoid applicable fees.
Our fee structure may include per-SDR fees, per-meeting fees, or subscription charges. Current pricing will be communicated before any charges apply. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Payment terms will be outlined in separate agreements as applicable.
NextSDR offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new client engagements, subject to the following strict conditions:
NextSDR reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith. This guarantee does not apply to disputes arising from scope changes, campaign cancellations initiated by the client, or issues unrelated to SDR performance.
Don't use NextSDR for illegal purposes. Don't send spam or misleading outreach. Don't attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with our systems. Don't harass prospects or other users. Don't misrepresent your identity or qualifications. Don't share confidential information obtained through the platform. We may terminate accounts that violate these rules.
The NextSDR platform, automation tools, and related technology belong to us. Your profile content and outreach data remain yours, but you grant us license to use them for platform operations and campaign optimization. Don't copy or reverse-engineer our technology.
We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using NextSDR, you consent to our data practices. SDR profiles and performance metrics may be shared with clients as part of the campaign process.
NextSDR is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee specific meeting volumes, response rates, or sales outcomes. We're a marketplace platform—final campaign results depend on many factors including targeting, messaging, and market conditions. We're not responsible for disputes arising from client-SDR relationships.
Our liability is limited to amounts you've paid us in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, failed campaigns, or business interruption. This is standard legal protection—we're a startup doing our best.
You agree to indemnify NextSDR against claims arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms. If you misrepresent qualifications or engage in illegal activity and we face consequences, that's on you.
We may update these Terms as our platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically.
You can stop using NextSDR anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends, but certain provisions survive (liability, indemnification, etc.).
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts. But seriously, email us first—we're reasonable and lawsuits are expensive for everyone.
